You can buy ClockClick as a separate software product. You do not have to be using Resident Pro to use ClockClick Far cheaper than a "clocking-in-machine", ClockClick adds up all the shifts worked, saving time and effort, and converts the hours into decimal format too.
Do you need a way of distributing tips easily and fairly? ClockClick keeps track of employee hours, so it can easily calculate everyone's share of gratuities using a built in tronc calculator. A tronc is an arrangement for pooling tips that are then shared between employees. If you setup a 'gratuities' sales category on Resident Pro, then you will know how much is in the tronc. There is no need to buy another computer because ClockClick sits on the Windows taskbar, allowing other software to be used at the same time. You can clock on and off using the keyboard, but ClockClick also listens to input from the serial port at the back of your computer, so you can plug in optional input devices...
