Instructions

The purpose of this site is to allow you to find a room, and make a booking direct with the hotel.  The hotel updates this site regularly to let you know what types of room are available between tonight and a year from now, to start go to STEP 1. Pick a date

Use the links at the top of the page to navigate around the site

(1)  Search your arrival date and number of nights, for a list of available rooms

(2)  Display all of the different types of room and their facilities

(3)  Request a hotel brochure in the post

(4)  Find out the hotels latest deals

Hotel availability

The results of a search shows which rooms are still available and how many nights they are available for. If a room is not available for all of the selected nights, click on the room to find out which nights it is available for

Room availability

After selecting a room you can check the details and Make a Booking. You will be directed to a secure site so that you can enter your personal details. A padlock will appear on your browser with information about the secure connection

Make a booking

You can complete a Booking Form and give your credit card details for a deposit.  The hotel will reply to your request within 48 hours (and typically within the same day)

Recommendations

  1. To avoid disappointment, understand that a booking is only valid once the hotel has contacted you with notice of acceptance
  2. If there appears to be limited availability you should consider contacting the hotel by telephone
  3. When rooms appear vacant for only part of your stay, and not the whole stay, the hotel may sometimes be able to move rooms around to accommodate your stay in the same room
  4. Bedroom numbers cannot be guaranteed. Please specify the type of room and facilities required when booking

Limitations

  1. The hotel must be using Resident Pro Hotel Management Software in order to update this site on a regular basis. For further information about hotel software visit www.softwareworks.co.uk 
  2. This site is only as LIVE as the last update from the hotel
