processor capable of running Microsoft Windows XP or Windows Vista. Resident Pro will also work

SUPPORT FOR THE 1ST YEAR WITH THE PROFESSIONAL EDITION
Being a supported user is a small price to pay to keep
your Resident Pro software up-to-date, bug free, with a safety net of support
from the developer, when you need it. Support is free for the first year
when you buy the
Professional Edition.
Support is included for 30 days in the price of the Small Guest House Edition.
If you need help, be assured that support is not out-sourced to a call center.
No press 1 for this, press 2 for that. Direct help comes from the software
developer, someone who actually knows Resident Pro inside out!
HELP NOT LIMITED TO OFFICE HOURS, MONDAY TO FRIDAY
Personal one-to-one help is available by email, fax and telephone to 1
designated "super user" at the hotel.
You can telephone anytime, any day, including weekends, within reason, and
your call will be answered, or returned, whenever reasonably possible by M D
Smith. Sometimes it is necessary to leave a message.
FREE UPGRADES
Included in the Support are software Upgrades to keep your software up-to-date,
and bug free. Information about all the
latest releases are available online to Registered
Users
ON-SITE TRAINING AND SETUP
On-site setup and training is a recommended option to consider. This is a fast-track method
of getting started, which undoubtedly sets you off on the right foot. The developer
visits your hotel personally,
and takes you through the onsite setup, step by step, for your individual
hotel. Your reception team is trained on basic essentials, such as making
bookings, checking guests in and out, letter writing, and the Daily Balance.
On-site training is available at an additional cost. Alternatively,
if you have time, it is quite possible to setup the software by yourself,
because Resident
Pro is easy to setup and simple to use, and is backed up by a "Getting
Started" manual and movie lessons.
LOW-COST ANNUAL SUPPORT AND UPGRADES
Ongoing support with all the latest upgrade releases
is available for a modest annual fee. An online "Getting Started" tutorial, movie lessons,
and all the latest
downloads and developments are available to Registered
