Dear Martin, I would wish to congratulate you on your perception of what is required in a reservations program for the hospitality industry. Having spoken to you on the telephone and realising that your family have been in the hotel trade for 30 years it is obvious that you have designed the program from personal experience of the trade, your attention to detail in the programming makes it one of the finest products of its type on the market today. I know, I have downloaded and test driven many programs from all over the world produced by both small and large companies, but they all seem to have something missing, yours is the only one that comes near to having ‘the lot’ All in all the use of Resident Pro has made my life much easier. I only have a small hotel with twelve bedrooms and a bar with food facilities, but at a later date we shall be expanding the food and drink side of the operation and I then look forward to installing an EPOS system which I am sure you will help me with if necessary.
